Fee Schedule

Appraisals are $185. per hour This includes on site examination of property plus research and preparation of report. For every hour on site it usually takes about two and a half hours to do the research and preparation of the report. A deposit is required before start of work. Consulting fees are also $185. per hour. Appraisals for the IRS and expert witness appearances in court are $210. per hour.

There will be a pro rated fee plus expenses for travel time over an hour. Ona Curran is located in upstate New York close to Albany, Schenectady and Troy and about an hour from Kingston, NY and Bennington, VT.

Appraising a good collection is a pleasure and traveling over an hour is not a problem.
